These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Guardians app (“App”), a service provided by Skolon AB (“Skolon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is designed for guardians and provides them access to the digital tools their children use within the Skolon platform as well as providing information about assignments, the school, classes and teachers. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is intended for guardians who want to be involved in their child’s learning through digital tools within the Skolon platform.

• Using the App requires that the child’s school uses the Skolon platform and has shared relevant information with us.
• The App may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and Skolon’s policies.

• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
• You may only use the App to manage the digital tools assigned to your child.
• You may not copy, recreate, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute the App or its content.
• You may not attempt to bypass the App’s or Skolon’s security systems in any way.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Your and your child’s personal data is made available to us by your child’s school and we process this to make the app available to you.

• We strive to keep the App available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Support is available through Skolon’s customer service for any questions or issues.

• The Terms apply from the moment you accept them and/or start using the App.
• Your account and access to the App will cease when your child’s school no longer has an agreement with Skolon.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
• In the event of significant changes, you will be informed and given the opportunity to accept the new Terms before they take effect.

• We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App.
• We are not responsible for the content of the digital tools provided through the platform.
