Avoid expired licences – NEW overview provides full control over your school’s digital tools

To make the administration of digital tools and learning resources even smoother, we have now launched a new feature in the platform. This feature makes it easy to view and manage all school licences that are about to expire – all in one place.
In Skolon’s updated admin interface, there is now a new overview where you, as an administrator, can clearly see all licences that are due to expire soon, along with their expiry dates. With a single click, you can renew all licences at once, regardless of provider, or easily select which licences in the overview you want to renew.
The overview makes it easy to keep track of licences before the start of a new term and reduces the risk of anything being overlooked, as you also have the option to set a start date for when the licences should become active. Licences nearing expiry are displayed in the overview 60 days in advance, providing plenty of time to plan and ensure that both teachers and students have access to their digital learning resources on time.
With the new licence overview, managing licences for digital tools and learning resources is now significantly smoother, whether you need to renew licences for a class, school, or multiple schools. Everything is gathered in one single view and can be managed with just a few clicks.

This is Skolon – we gather the best digital educational tools and make them work in the classroom.
Skolon is an independent platform for digital educational tools and learning resources, created for both teachers and students. With Skolon, accessing and using your digital educational tools is easy – security increases, administration decreases, and there’s more time for learning.
The digital educational tools come from both small and large providers, all of whom have one thing in common – they create digital educational tools that are beneficial for the school environment.
