The 2025 edition of the world’s largest edtech trade fair, BETT, took place at ExCeL in London, and of course, Skolon was there. Among other highlights, we showcased how schools can simplify their digital routines – whilst also presenting our latest innovation: Skolon for Guardians.

With its long-standing reputation as a forum where edtech magic comes to life, this year, the Bett trade fair celebrated its 40th anniversary. With over 30,000 visitors from around the globe, BETT’s exhibition floor was buzzing with energy, good vibes, and a strong eagerness to learn something new – and according to Team Skolon, this year was the best yet.

Team Skolon was on-site to meet curious teachers, school leaders, principals, and other education professionals. We were blown away by the tremendous interest that filled our booth, where we demonstrated how teachers and students can easily work digitally in the classroom. With a range of engaging tools like Canva, Padlet, and PurpleMash – just to name a few of the latest additions to our platform – teachers can find suitable digital tools for every occasion. We also showcased our tool, Skolup, which enables the safe use of AI in classrooms, along with our major announcement for 2025: Skolon for Guardians.

In addition to exciting and inspiring days on the exhibition floor, we, together with Padlet, ClickView, Creaza, and WeVideo, organised two networking events at The Market Porter in London over two evenings. With great food and fun activities, we are happy to have made new connections and contributed to valuable networking that we look forward to developing further.

Exclusive Launch of Skolon for Guardians

The first day of the trade fair also marked the launch of our latest innovation: Skolon for Guardians. This digital tool for parents and other guardians makes it easy to keep track of their children’s school life. We’re excited about the strong interest we received at the event and look forward to continuing the rollout of Skolon for Guardians in 2025, making everyday school life simpler for all guardians.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who visited us at BETT and to the Hyve team and BETT for organising such a well-executed event. This year, BETT focused on a theme close to our hearts: “Learning Today and Leading Tomorrow”, which is especially important as we continue our journey to enable digital learning for everyone.
