Skolon nominated for the Bett Innovation Award 2026 – one of the world’s most prestigious EdTech honours

Skolon has been nominated for the Bett Innovation Award 2026 – one of the most prestigious international recognitions within EdTech. The award is presented during the Bett Show in London, one of the world’s largest events dedicated to digital learning.
The Bett Awards celebrate the best digital solutions that enhance teaching and learning for educators, students and school leaders through the power of technology. Among several award categories, the Bett Innovation Award highlights companies that have created something truly groundbreaking within EdTech. In this category, Skolon’s new solution for parents, Skolon Guardians, has been nominated.
Skolon’s CEO, Oliver Lundgren, shares:
“Before launching Skolon in 2015, we visited Bett in London to do research and find inspiration. Back then, we dreamed of one day being on that stage ourselves. So, to be nominated for an innovation award 10 years later with our new and unique app, Skolon Guardians, feels really special.”
The Skolon Guardians app has recently been successfully rolled out to its first users. The app bridges the gap between school and home, giving guardians and parents valuable insights into their child’s learning journey through the same digital tools and services used in school. It also includes an AI study assistant that helps guardians support their children with homework and school assignments using AI.
“Our goal has always been to make everyday school life simpler for teachers and students by connecting pedagogy with technology – seamlessly and securely. Being able to extend this to guardians, so they too can be part of their child’s learning, has been much requested and is now a reality. One of our early users even described Guardians as ‘the missing digital puzzle piece in education’, which is a confirmation that the app truly makes a difference,” concludes Oliver Lundgren.
