Enhancing accessibility – for everyone
Skolon Pass has been designed with accessibility in mind to ensure that from the youngest to most vulnerable pupils can log in without struggle.
Within just a few seconds, pupils can log in with their personalised Skolon Pass using the camera on their device, securing access in an instant.

Safe and secure with 2FA
Easy to use, highly secure
In addition to its simplicity, there’s an added layer of security with Skolon Pass, with the option of two-factor authentication, 2FA.
Whilst students can use their pass for instant access, teachers and administrators have the opportunity to add a password alongside theirs for added protection.
By adding 2FA, it safeguards sensitive student data, making security seamless, thus giving peace of mind to both parents and schools.
Multi-Factor Authentication
A secure and user-friendly solution
Skolon Pass not only simplifies login with Single Sign-On but also supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), enhancing security with a user-friendly solution that’s included as part of the comprehensive Skolon package.
This solution can also be applied using an RFID passport, connecting individuals to their organisational ID for secure access to digital tools.
Easier than ever
Combine easy access with Google and Microsoft
Students open their devices and can log into their Microsoft or Google using their pass, they can also use the pass to log into the device as a whole. That’s easy access, right?
