Last week, Team Skolon gathered from across the Nordics and UK to exhibit at Bett UK 2026, and the energy throughout all three days and nights of the event was nothing short of inspiring.

The Bett Buzz

From the moment the doors opened at ExCeL London, the buzz of conversation, innovation, and collaboration set the tone for an unforgettable few days of learning, inspiration and connection, once again proving why Bett is the meeting place for the global edtech community.

This year, our stand was bigger than ever to cater to the needs of the 14,000+ EdTech decision makers who attended Bett this year, acting as a hub of activity where educators, partners, and industry peers could stop by to share ideas, explore challenges, and discuss how digital tools can continue to simplify and strengthen learning experiences.

Next up, we have…

New to the Skolon stand this year was our EdTalk stage, where we hosted short, 15-minute mini-lectures from industry experts on the future of EdTech, sparking meaningful conversations and fresh perspectives throughout the day. These bite-sized sessions gave attendees the chance to pause, listen, and engage with practical insights and forward-thinking ideas, making the stand not just a place to explore solutions, but a space to learn, connect, and be inspired.

Taking to our stage were some key figures in the sector such as: Dr Fiona Aubrey-Smith, The Edufuturists, and Peter Reeves, in addition to some of our partners joining us for a session, including Neil Cleverley of Twinkl, Elexa Antweil from Canva, and our friends from TrilbyTV and Padlet!

It’s not all for show

It wasn’t all about our EdTalk stage, we’d be remiss to not mention the quality of conversations we had throughout the entire exhibition – both in and out of Bett Hall.
When we asked Team Skolon to reflect on the conversations they had last week, a few words came up again and again: thoughtful, curious, and forward-looking. Those meaningful discussions were a real highlight for the team.

EdTech after hours

If perusing the aisles of Bett Hall wasn’t enough, there was a packed schedule of evening events for all to attend, including one very key, exciting event for Team Skolon UK!

This year, we hosted an evening event at Zero Sette with our partners, Kami and ClickView to celebrate a busy Bett week in true style. With delicious pizza, prosecco on hand, and a packed room of familiar faces and new connections, the evening was full of laughs, lively discussion, and plenty of networking long after the halls had closed.

Beyond the exhibition floor

Bett UK 2026 delivered no shortage of inspiration.
Insightful talks, bold ideas, and practical discussions around the future of education reinforced just how quickly the sector is evolving, and how important collaboration is in shaping what comes next. It was energising to see so many people united by the same goal: making education more accessible, efficient, and impactful.

Most importantly, Bett was a chance to reconnect. Reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and strengthening relationships across borders reminded us why events like this matter so much.

Bringing the Skolon team together in London — alongside our wider community — made the experience even more special; welcoming back old colleagues, and meeting those new!

After we packed up and headed home, we were all full of ideas, motivation, and gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, shared their insights, or took the time to learn more about what we do. Bett UK 2026 may be over, but the conversations it sparked are only just beginning. We’re already looking forward to what’s next!
