Now as a Skolon customer, you can cancel a quote request
Perhaps you are no longer interested in the product, or something went wrong. As a customer, you can cancel a quote request as long as it is unanswered by the supplier. When a quote request is cancelled, it is hidden in the filter but can be filtered out.
A partner can decline a quote request. When this happens, the partner needs to provide a reason to the customer. Declined quote requests can be shown/hidden in the list via the filter
