Skolon Vault is set to get everyone back into the swing of learning swiftly by enabling students to login and get started without lifting more than a finger, thanks to the help of our new browser extension.

How does Skolon Vault work?

Behind the scenes

Behind the scenes, Skolon Vault can be managed by an administrator who can ask for a new service to be added, and at Skolon, we help them with everything they need to automate authentication.

In the classroom, the pupils will use the extension, which detects the active Skolon session and automatically syncs the services assigned to them specifically.

Therefore, when a student visits such a service or tool, the extension fills in the credentials and logs them in automatically.

Additionally, our security centre provides a credential safety score for every service, empowering schools to easily identify weak credentials and take action to improve their overall security rating.

How does this benefit students in the classroom

If a school tool or service isn’t using Skolon SSO just yet, Skolon Vault can step in as a browser extension to allow students to sign into school services without users needing to remember a password for every tool they need to use.

Additionally, you can also share central logins when there’s the same login credentials for all users to a service and to also enable students to enter credentials the first time they use a service and log them in automatically thereafter.

What are the benefits of using the Skolon Vault?
